Order Processing
All confirmed orders are processed within 5–7 working days. Orders placed after 7 PM, on Sundays, or public holidays are handled the next working day.
Delivery Timeline
- Within Jaipur: 2–3 business days.
- Within major Indian cities: 5–7 business days.
- Rest of India (Tier 2 & 3 cities): 5–7 business days.
- Remote / outstation areas: delivery times may vary based on courier service availability.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999 (within India). Orders below this threshold incur shipping fees displayed at checkout. Pay on Delivery (POD) within Jaipur may include additional service charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you receive an email or SMS containing a tracking ID for package monitoring.
Packaging
All items are packaged using secure, tamper-proof, and protective packaging — including bubble wrap and shock-resistant boxes — to prevent transit damage.
